At Adventi, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
Germany: 3–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. External factors such as customs, holidays, or weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays.
Shipping Costs
Germany: Free shipping.
International: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and order weight.
Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

Adventi is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information.
Delays or Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@adventi.store and include your order number.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us.
