Returns, Refunds & Warranty

At Adventi, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. In addition, our 30-Day Adventi Guarantee covers products that arrive damaged or with a functional defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@adventi.store and include your order number. If possible, attach photos of the product so we can review your case and assist you as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days after approval.

Important:

If the issue was caused by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to change of mind or other personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
